Following submission you will receive a confirmation email, the time you elected will be removed from the booking system to prevent overlap, and your event will automatically be added to the community calendar. If you wish to cancel the event you may do so by clicking the cancelation link provided in your confirmation email. Please be sure to cancel your reservation if you determine you won't be using it so that your fellow homeowners may enjoy the pool.
Confirmation of all reservations will be forward to board members and book keeping staff. Home owners who are behind on HOA dues will not be allowed private reservations of the pool house. If your reservation is canceled by the board or book keeping staff for reasons such as non-payment or maintenance you will be notified by email.
